I present to you the Jennifer Drug Trafficking Organization. If you are from, have ever been in, or around the DMV (DC, Maryland, Virginia) and surrounding areas and consider yourself in the know then you must have heard of them. Otherwise you wasn't supposed to know, but moving right along there are nine major players in this operation. Please note: pay close attention to there addresses. I
will reference back later as to why they are important. You have up first, Kendrick Arnold Jennifer, a/k/a"Ricky Jennifer" James Howard Collier, Jr and "Rick," age 43, of Bowie , Maryland; Tyrone Allen, age 42 of Bel Air, Maryland; Brooke Renee Lynn, a/k/a" Brooke Thomas," and "Brooke Renee, " age 48, of Baltimore; Tracy Muse, a/k/a "Kimberly Scott,"age 41, of Pearland, Texas; Thomas Simmons, age 37, of Hampton, Virginia ; Andre Brewer, age 35, of Eldridge, Maryland; Michael Williams, age 44, of Baltimore; and William Henie, age 54, of Baltimore.

  

The Jennifer DTO  originated out of Baltimore Maryland and had there tentacles in multiple regions such as Houston, Texas; Staten Island, New York; and Woodbridge , Virginia. Their most prominent offenses consist of drug trafficking and money laundering from September 2012 to September 2014, the Jennifer DTO, through direct connects in Houston (probably initiating from  Mexico). The alleged C.E.O of the conglomerate is no other than Kendrick Jennifer via way of Baltimore  he oversaw the day to day operations with regards to the collection and transportation of the money and cocaine. Using a varying a array of tactics straight out of James Bond and Knight Rider such as secret compartments  n vehicles which were then transferred onto cars tht would look unsuspecting to highway patrol. After all that is the ultimate goal in this line of work, to be deliver your product undetected from point a to point b on a consistent basis.

There was a main location in which the cocaine and cash in bulk was stashed in B-more called the RCH plaza on West Franklin Street which was a bonafide business complex, once again to evade detection in plain site and unsuspecting to the naked eye. Numerous friends and family member's houses were used to store the work and cash as well as the 9 defendants homes themselves, which in my opinion is a no no. The cars were brought to the business complex where the hidden compartments would be filled up with that Houston work and cash. Of course running these types of operations entails you having to do the work yourself because there is either no one available and something has to be done or no one you trust with certain task due to paranoia that sets in just due to the nature of the business. While traveling on a routine excursion from Baltimore to California in October of 2009 . Jenifer and Tyrone Allen were stopped in Phoenix, Arizona in a routine traffic stop. (Yeah right, probably racial profiling while driving black, you probably had that same situation occur a time or two). Police seized $97,020 and three cell phones from Jenifer, and $70,680 and eight cells phones from Allen. 

On September 27, 2012, Brooke Luna and a man named John Moore were arrested near Houston with approximately 30 Kilograms of cocaine concealed in a vehicle. Tracy Muse faithful girlfriend of the boss Jennifer, posted bond to get the homies Lunn and Moore out the bing. Luann and Moore got low to Maryland. In a thought to be related incident In October of 2012, Moore was fatally shot in the back of the head in Baltimore. Public records reflect that there was an affidavit which believed the murder was a retaliation hit due to the cocaine seizure. On July 2 , 2013, again the Jennifer DTO was busted by Arkansas Highway Patrol. On the way back to Baltimore the James Bond secret compartments were discovered being used again to conceal 23.8 kilograms of cocaine which was seized . Due to the unforeseen forced errors Jennifer started using Lunn to transport the cash and the coke. In total Lunn made an estimated 30 trips. The reason that this syndicate was so successful was they the crews intricate inner workings that gave them the proper connections to make the operation as a whole run as a well oiled machine. Jenifer owns World Fed Apparel, Inc., a clothing store in Baltimore.Jenifer is also a co-owner of Flavor Factory, LLC, which is a main stable in Baltimore. Jenifer and his companies currently own the following vehicles: 2013 Rolls Royce Ghost valued at $296,000, 2014 Ferrari 458 Italia valued at $271,000, 2014 BMW M6 valued at $113,925, 2015 Ford F-250 truck valued at $56,000. The defendants face a max sentence of life in prison for conspiring to distribute and possession with intent to distribute.
